1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use voltairaustralia.com or buy from VoltAir (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Using our store
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate information and not to use our website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. That includes trying to interfere with the site’s security or operation.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from the photos. Specifications are provided by our manufacturer. If a product isn’t as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply (see section 8).

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If that happens after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Shipping
Shipping times, costs and delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

9. Safe use of our products
Please read and follow the user manual. Always check the recommended pressure for your tyre or item before inflating, and never exceed the manufacturer’s maximum pressure rating.

10. Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and the VoltAir name and branding, belongs to VoltAir or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Third-party services and links
Our website uses third-party services, such as Shopify and our payment providers, and may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees in section 8:

• we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products
• our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid

How we collect and handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
