  • Order details: what you buy, order history, returns and the messages you send us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay or Apple Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
  • Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you’ve agreed to receive emails or texts from us.

2. How we collect it
We collect information when you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, contact us, or browse our website. We also receive information from service providers who help us run the store, such as payment processors and delivery carriers.

  • Suppliers and fulfilment partners, who pack and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address and phone number.
  • Delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking
  • Analytics and advertising providers (for example Google and Meta), to understand how our site is used and to show relevant ads
  • Professional advisers or authorities, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. This includes Shopify and other technology providers in countries such as Canada and the United States, and suppliers and fulfilment partners in Asia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site traffic and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may not work properly without them.

7. Security and storage
